We collect the information you provide when creating an account — your name and email address — along with the expense data you upload for analysis. We also collect standard usage data such as pages visited and features used, which helps us improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your account details are used to manage your access and communicate with you about the service. Expense data you upload is processed to generate your analysis results and stored so you can access your scan history. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Expense Data

Any expense data you upload belongs to you. It is used only to produce your analysis — nothing else. You can delete any scan at any time from your dashboard, which permanently removes it from our systems. Only upload data you have the right to share.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely with encryption in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.

5. Service Providers

We work with a small number of trusted providers — for authentication, AI processing, and infrastructure — who help us operate the platform. Each is contracted to handle data responsibly and only for the purpose of delivering the service. We keep these relationships minimal by design.

6. Cookies

We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in. There are no tracking or advertising cookies on Leakvo. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, though disabling session cookies will prevent you from staying signed in.

7. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your personal data at any time from the dashboard. To request a full data export or complete account deletion, email us at privacy@leakvo.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

8. Data Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Scan history stays until you delete it or close your account. After account deletion, all associated personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.

9. Children

Leakvo is not intended for anyone under 16. If we learn that a child has created an account, we will promptly delete the associated data.

10. Changes

If we make significant changes to this policy, we'll notify you by email or with a notice on the platform before they take effect. Minor clarifications may be updated without notice.
