2. Description of Service

Leakvo provides a software expense analysis tool that helps businesses identify potentially wasted, duplicate, or overpriced software subscriptions. All savings estimates are approximate and for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Data You Upload

You retain full ownership of any expense data you upload to Leakvo. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. We do not sell, share, or use your expense data for any purpose other than generating your analysis results. You should only upload data you have the right to share.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Leakvo for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, to transmit harmful or malicious content, or to reverse engineer any part of the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Leakvo is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results will be accurate or reliable. All savings estimates are approximations based on publicly available market data and pattern detection.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leakvo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Leakvo at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
